About Jason Harries

I am a business leader with over 25 years’ experience in healthcare informatics, software development, analytics and consultancy, 17 of which as CEO/MD, who has the strategic skills to develop a successful organisation, the drive to create a commercially focussed culture, and the passion to ensure quality in service delivery remains a key focus. I have built and lead teams of between 3 and 250, grown revenues from £7m to £25m+ and EBITDA from £1.5m to £7m as well as acquiring businesses at 1 times turnover and exiting for multiples of 9 to 15 times EBITDA. Building long-term relationships with partner organisations has always been important to me and I now have an impressive list of partners including: The King’s Fund, Imperial college, The NHS Partners Network; and The Independent Healthcare Advisory Services. I have also fostered key relationships with The Welsh Assembly, Scottish government, the HSCIC, NHS Trusts, ICS's and NHS England.
