I served as an assistant professor of practice in the Department of Agricultural Leadership, Educations, and Communications. I have taught a variety of leadership courses in the Department. I recently became certified to administer the IDI- Intercultural Development Inventory. My dissertation focused on leadership MOOCs and providing a better understanding of their characteristics and pedagogy used. My other research centers on the term "access." I have worked in student services, serving as the primary adviser for the University of Kentucky College of Agriculture, Food, and Environment Ambassador program, and as an organizational adviser as well.
