In the ER, I apply critical thinking and decisive action to manage patient care, support my team through chaotic situations, and serve as a calm advocate for families in crisis. As a small business owner, I've translated that same focus to building Hefs into more than just a restaurant; it's a community hub. I lead my team, manage all aspects of business operations from finance to marketing, and have cultivated a welcoming environment where our patrons feel like family.
