Jason Hellyer is a highly accomplished real estate agent on Queensland Sunshine Coast - His excellence in the premier property market is highlighted by many major transactions, including selling multi-million dollar development sites, accommodation properties and prestige homes, unit complexes, penthouses and land banks. Complementing his proven track record of residential and development sales, Jason’s clients hail not only from all over Australia and internationally as well others. He is not only a market savvy professional, but a genuine, determined, self-motivated individual who adheres to the belief that relationships trump transactions, and are the true keys to success. This belief, along with his ability to understand a range of perspectives led him from an early career in real estate onto into a very successful career in Residential Finance, where he was the owner and director of a number of Residential Finance Companies in QLD and NSW, before returning to real estate in 2015 after the sale of his finance interests. Jason brings his hard work ethic and passion for all things real estate with him every day. He continues to love the pace, breadth of characters, and all aspects of guiding his clients through the process with integrity. When not showing and selling property, Jason can be found surfing or fishing the beaches of the Sunshine Coast, enjoying life with his better half, Sharon (aka Freckles) and spending time with his four children.
