About Jason Hermann

As a senior member of the sales team, I manage all sales functions for Discount/Value Store Channel, Closeout/Off-price and the Corporate Channel business to ensure business grows according to sales projections. This includes account financial planning, assortment planning, developing and implementing strategic sales plans and managing all designated “house accounts” within these three channels, as well as directing sales and allocation of closeout product to all channels, including CSC Retail. This includes developing liquidation and off-price policies for Columbia and Sorel brand and a go to market plan for the Corporate Channel. I have several direct reports who are responsible for maintaining key relationships – with “specialty” customers, value channel accounts and Corporate Channel Accounts. I also work closely with upper management in both the Corporate and Value Channel, I feel comfortable working with DMM and VP level management. Additionally, I work directly with cross functional teams internally, including Marketing, Merchandising, Sales management, Retail, Sales rep force, and Executive Management to ensure that market conditions are thoroughly understood and that liquidation strategies align with corporate financial targets.
