Background

About Jason Hoffarth

Through the help of my mentors in the United States Marine Corps, perseverance, determination, and courage I have learned how to learn. I have learned to lead others through difficult situations, activities, and stressful experiences. Due to my military experience, I have become a Jack of all Trades, able to learn and apply new skills on the job, able to take constructive criticism to progress and further my skills. Communication is the key to success, and without the ability to properly convey your expectations to others, your expectations will not be met. Teamwork is an essential part of my overall skill set, the ability to work with others from a variety of backgrounds, to be able to communicate and understand others, to have a strong sense of duty and a hard work ethic.
