Program / Product Management experience with having the global business knowledge and mindset as well as Engineering background with having a broad technical knowledge in product development- Experienced in Program Management in a large scale spanning over several disciplines, including R&D, quality, sourcing, manufacture, operation, business, service, certification.ect, as well as in leading programs with OEMs, ODMs and JDMs- Overall responsible for phone program’s Business Management on COGS, business case, NRE and OPEX as well as optimizing the global business opportunities- Familiar with the product development processes in several fields from concepting, execution, maintenance to EOL, and familiar with how to achieve the program and business goals from the cooperation and the interaction among cross-functional teams- Goal driven with business mindset. Ability to lead the team working under pressure, strong trouble shooting ability to solve unique and complex problems with a broad impact on the business, and operating with no supervision in a complex environment- A fluent and efficient communicator.
