About Jason Imes

With my years of experience across different industries, I've developed a wide range of skills in both retail management and logistics coordination. As a Dairy Manager at Stop and Shop, I honed my ability to manage inventory, coordinate with suppliers, and maintain optimal stock levels to ensure product freshness and availability. I also focused on driving sales, improving department organization, and leading a team to provide excellent customer service. My attention to detail and efficiency in managing the cold chain was critical in minimizing product waste and ensuring compliance with health and safety standard. In my role as a Logistics Manager at a landscape company, I applied those organizational skills to the movement of equipment and materials. I managed fleet operations, coordinated the delivery of supplies to job sites, and ensured that machinery and vehicles were maintained for peak performance. My responsibilities included overseeing equipment allocation, and ensuring projects had the necessary tools and resources to be completed on schedule. This role further strengthened my problem solving skills and ability to adapt to dynamic, field based operations. These experiences have given me a unique perspective on managing both inventory in a retail environment and logistics in a service based industry, while consistently improving operational efficiency and team performance.
