About Jason Iong

Jason Iong, in his current role as Sales Director, is in charge of the Sales team that serves Channels and Master Distributors in Central America. Prior to his current role, since February of 2016 to October of 2018 and as his second journey with Schneider Electric, Jason worked as Field Services Manager, in charge of the operation for the whole Central America Region. In addition to that, Jason had the responsibility of the Tendering team to secure the profitability and proper attention to customers requests for quotations. In his last responsability with Eaton, Jason also worked as Manager for the Heavy construction division, been in charge of a new team looking for an increase of market participation in the segments of Sea ports, Airports, W & WWT, Utilities and Oil & Gas. Jason began his career at Eaton in August 2010 as Manager for the Engineering Services & Systems business (EESS). In this role, Jason was part of the new EESS operation in the country by being the local leader for the organization. Prior to be part of Eaton Company he held leadership roles at Schneider Electric, coordinating the technical-commercial department responsible of Major Projects quotations for Central America Region, prior to this his role was as senior quotation engineer with a major focus on Medium Voltage equipment, plus as part of the leadership team, Jason was part of the Six Sigma team and has a Green Belt degree and was part of an international young leaders program called Felix and for that he traveled to Shanghai China to receive formal training on leadership.
