My career began in the British Army where I served nearly seven years as a Royal Engineer. Through combat engineering, EOD operations and instructor roles, I developed discipline, resilience and a sharp problem-solving mindset. These qualities shaped my transition into the HVAC and mechanical industry where I’ve spent over a decade building technical expertise and leading high-performing teams. Today I work as Technical Service Manager at Accent Services overseeing a team of mobile engineers across commercial sites. I’m responsible for technical support, operations oversight and client relationships ensuring the safe and reliable delivery of HVAC and mechanical solutions. I stay hands-on with complex diagnostics and system strategy while supporting long-term planning, compliance and people development across the service division. I take pride in turning technical challenges into clear, value-driven outcomes whether refining a validation checklist, managing an engineer’s progression, or helping a client navigate system upgrades. My background allows me to move seamlessly between site operations and strategic conversations, grounded in experience and committed to doing things properly. From military beginnings to commercial leadership my focus has always been on clarity, accountability and a job done right. I believe in high standards, honest communication and building relationships that last. Every project and every person deserves the same attention to detail and respect.
