About Jason Langeway

I’m a dedicated education professional focused on equity, expanding access, and creating opportunities for all students. My career began in the classroom, teaching high school math for KIPP Texas, where I led my school to its first-ever passing rates in AP Calculus, reaching a 75% pass rate by my fourth year. During this time, I also supported the KIPP Foundation by developing interim assessments and mastery quizzes for the ACT used network-wide.In 2019, I became the founding Dean of Academic Progress at KIPP Somos Collegiate High School. In this role, I led academic health initiatives to improve GPA outcomes and reduce course failure rates, especially for students from special populations. I also served as the Testing Coordinator and Emergent Bilingual Coordinator.Since 2022, as Regional Director of Data-Driven Leadership in San Antonio, I’ve supported schools in improving accountability ratings and implementing data-driven instruction practices across seven schools. In 2023, I led CCMR tracking and strategy for KIPP Texas high schools, achieving a milestone of 95% CCMR across all schools. My passion lies in building efficient, data-driven systems that enhance student achievement—and I bring a track record that demonstrates this commitment.
