About Jason Larm

I led Edged's first US data center build — a $90M initial phase, 27MW colocation facility in Atlanta — from site selection through construction and operational turnover, helping establish the company's US presence as one of the founding team members. Today, as Service Delivery Manager, I own relationships across numerous enterprise customers including hyperscalers and Fortune 500 clients, delivering against complex SLAs across multiple sites. My background spans the full data center lifecycle: site selection, design development, construction management, and the transition into operations and ongoing service delivery. Before Edged, I worked on large-scale construction projects including the $4B LaGuardia Airport Terminal B redevelopment and a 366-unit multifamily build in Atlanta, giving me a foundation in managing high-stakes, fast-moving programs. More recently, I've been focused on applying AI tooling and workflow automation to operational challenges — building systems that reduce manual overhead and improve how teams manage critical infrastructure at scale. Open to connecting on opportunities in data center delivery, service management, and AI-driven operations.
