About Jason Leadingham

Jason Leadingham is the Founder and President of Enersurv Inc. a multi-location Survey & Mapping, Environmental, and Project Management firm with a heavy focus on the Civil the Energy Industry. With over 25 years of experience in the consulting industry with the majority focused on energy and civil development, Jason Leadingham has been a leader in project development and management in the emerging NGL, oil products, and natural gas plays. Jason has certifications in refinery and chemical operations and has intimate knowledge of the design and construction of linear pipeline projects, civil development, heavy marine, and heavy construction projects. He has a broad range of experience having worked on projects in over 25 states. Licensed in multiple states, he has fostered a reputation for professionally executed work coupled with longstanding integrity and experience. Having worked on projects for clients such as BP, EQT, Williams, Energy Transfer, Texas Eastern, Marathon, Mark West, Kinder Morgan, Caiman Energy, and others, he has developed a history of quality project execution. Prior to founding Enersurv, Jason was the Director of Pipelines for the US Oil & Gas division of a global consulting firm. Jason serves on the board of directors for the Ashland Alliance and helps promote regional development in the KY, OH, & WV Tri-State Area. In addition, Jason sits on the board of directors for the INGAA Foundation and works with organizations across the US to promote the Oil & Gas industry.
