About Jason Lee

My professional career started when I was in high school. I was given an opportunity, to be a Parts Manager, and I continued to grow upon that. Along with the automotive industry, I have had the privilege to work in multiple industries. Each of those industries provided me insight, experience, knowledge, and appreciation, for the different types of organizations, systems, policies, people, and types of work, that exist in our community. 14 years ago, I started my healthcare journey. I found healthcare to be meaningful, complex, fast paced and ever-changing. I found success through building, energizing, and engaging teams, enhancing and improving processes, and building trust with stakeholders through achieving a wide range of outcomes. During this time, I was a contractor. As I advanced my career, I had the privilege to work with 5 prestigious healthcare organizations. Each influenced, and developed, me into the leader I am today. Through my developed skill set, I continuously enhanced environments of excellence where we achieved incredible outcomes. In 2019, my contract career ended when UCHealth ended their 20+ year contract with Compass Group/Medi-Dyn. After a time of reflection, I decided to not relocate my family once again. So forth, I searched for my next opportunity within Colorado. As of March, 2020, I am excited to announce that CommonSpirit Health, also known as Catholic Health Initiatives & Dignity Health, gave me an opportunity to be a part of their newly developed company. It is an exciting new venture, during a unique time, and I am energized to continue making a difference.
