Background: International business development professional with strength in medical device/dental industry; twenty years’ living in Japan and working throughout APAC region; business fluent in Japanese, with an insightful understanding of country’s business and social culture; demonstrated success in engaging, motivating and managing distribution channel partners; strong technical aptitude and consultative sales skills; comfortable, confident and effective in cross-cultural settings. Originally from Canada.avid cyclist everywhere! In May 2018 I accepted the challenge to take part in the effort to lead the Japan National Triathlon Team to a winning medal finish in the 2020 Tokyo Olympics. As Olympic Project Team Manager, my job is to build the environments and create the conditions that will empower our world-class coaching team and elite triathletes to attain Japan’s best-ever showing in the competition. I am honored to have the opportunity to combine my passion for endurance sports with the chance to give back to the country that has been my home for more than thirty years.
