I lead innovation and creative direction initiatives across a multi-million dollar brand, delivering impactful and engaging solutions that resonate with the target audience and reflect the brand identity and vision. As the leader of both an in-house and a freelance team of designers, artists, and developers, I manage the creative process from conception to completion, overseeing every aspect of design, production, and content creation. I leverage my expertise in creative direction, art direction, and artistic direction to guide and inspire the team, ensuring standards and goals are met. I also collaborate with other departments and stakeholders to align the creative strategy with the business objectives and customer needs.
