Organizations that are striving for this or are wanting to improve have a Team that I want to be a parts of. I bring 20 years of strong Lean manufacturing experience and training. I have helped transform a plant as a Production Manager to be recognized by Industry Week magazine's top 20 best managed plants in North America and improving to the top 10 the following year as the Continuous Improvement Manager. I also have been part of a brand new facility start up as the first production professional hired to help develop new processes and teams, honing my Toyota Production System skills with further training in Japan. I continue to develop strong leadership skills as I am not afraid to roll up my sleeves an get involved at any level of an organization. My career decisions have demonstrated this through my passion of leading where I am needed with a focus on Operations.
