About Jason Manes

Experienced in HVAC knowledge, design & installing today's equipment the proper & correct way. 13 years ago I attended a sales class, only to be taught, DO NOT educate the customer, DO NOT give complete model numbers, so they can't compare you & DO NOT worry about the duct work, there is no money in it. He followed this by saying customers will want you, you are the Surgeon of the industry, but they will think you cost more & you will not get the job, you need to sell, not educate. I made a decision that day, I will not attend another sales class, I WILL Educate my customer, I will give exact model numbers, I will be the Surgeon of the industry & I will ensure my customers have a system installed correctly to today's technology, not 10 years years ago technology. I design my duct systems by a proper load calculation, NOT A RULE OF THUMB, followed up with proper duct drawing, not some ruler with a pencil making it up as you go. Remember, you wouldn't let a doctor operate that doesn't continue his schooling or goes by rule of thumb. Always remember, technology is always changing, if you do not continue your training no matter what the field, you will not be able to do the best job possible. In the end you, YOU the CONSUMER, gets the short end of the stick per say. Get Educated, NOT SOLD! Buy What Works For You, Not the SALESPERSON, Install it correctly from the engineering way, NOT THE SALES WAY!
