About Jason Maples

Currently I am a Senior Manager, Supply Planning supporting the Kimberly-Clark Professional business. My team is responsible for supply planning for Dispensers, Skin Care, Partnership Products and also External Contract Manufacturers. Prior to my current role, I was a Senior Manager, Supply Planning supporting the Kimberly-Clark Nonwovens sector leading an organization of 13 great individuals. My organization was responsible for all raw material supply, production planning and master data for the Global Nonwovens sector. I was a Distribution Consultant at Kimberly-Clark supporting the KC Professional Division. I was a Sr. Distribution Manager at Owens and Minor (Halyard Global Products Division) responsible for 3 US Distribution Centers and 6 North America Sterilizers. Before that I was a Distribution Consultant for Halyard Health with responsibility of two Distribution Centers in Ontario, California and Mechanicsburg, Pennsylvania. I also led the Distribution systems enhancements and upgrade projects. I was a Distribution Specialist for Kimberly-Clark Corporation supporting distribution for leading baby and child care brands such as Huggies®, Good-Nites® and Pull-Ups® at over 20 plants and distribution centers. In this role, I managed daily processes and standard work for the distribution network and led numerous continuous improvement initiatives including over $1MM of cost savings initiatives over 2 years. Additionally, I spent 2 years as a Distribution Analyst and 3 years in various Transportation roles in Wisconsin and Tennessee supporting Kimberly-Clark Consumer and Professional Divisions. I am a very honest, authentic and dedicated person and I bring these qualities with me to work every day. I have success leading cross-functional teams as well as a strong understanding of LEAN of which I have applied to reduce costs and create supply chain efficiencies. I graduated from the University of Tennessee College of Business in 2008 with a Bachelor of Science in Logistics and Marketing.
