I am a successful Realtor®, marketer and ASP Home Stager®. My professional experience has helped sell over 1500 homes in Texas and Northwest Arkansas since entering the industry in 2003. As an Accredited Staging professional and owner of the largest home staging company in Texas from 2003-2010, I have perfected the Recipe For a Sale. This recipe is made up of 6 main ingredients, or proven strategies that will get your home sold in the quickest time possible, while maximizing my clients' equity gain. What sets me apart from most Realtors is Staging. Most agents have only conceptual knowledge that Staging works, but really have no personal experience on how to guide their clients. They often times mistake Staging for Design…The two are very different! I was professionally trained under the direction of Barb Schwarz, the nationally known Real Estate expert who conceived the Home Staging concept in 1972. I have the ability to focus quickly on the features and benefits of each home and use proven Staging® techniques to draw them out and make them shine. As one of the first ASP’s in Texas, I was tasked with training not only sellers but also their agents on the importance of Home Staging. I have taught over 4,500 agents and investors, including corporate and franchise training for Ebby Halliday Realtors, Crye-Leike Realtors, Coldwell Banker, Keller Williams, Re/Max, Virginia Cook Realtors, HomeVestors of America, MetroTex Association of Realtors, and Women’s Council of Realtors. My real estate background helped grow Equity Enhancers Home Staging & Design, Inc. from a home based business to a multi-million dollar a year business. My expertise in Staging, design, marketing, and Real Estate has been featured on radio, in print and on TV to include: The filming of 2 Pilot Episodes for The Equity Enhancer Show, an 18 Page spread in Dallas Home Design Magazine, several episodes of Flip That House, The Today Show, WFAA Channel 8, Dallas Voice, Plano Profile, and more.
