Curious to learn more about plant-based alternatives and stay up-to-date? That's what I will show you during my journey Culinary educated Chef and Food technician ‍, joined the food industry some years ago and are now a part of new innovative solutions for the diet from tomorrow. I am passionate about creating and delivering innovative solutions that meet the needs and preferences of consumers and clients. As a Sales & Digital Business Manager at Planteneers, I am responsible for providing plant-based solutions through the digital wire! Creating customised stabilising and texturing systems, and ordering samples, documents, and recipes for customers with the Plantbaser configurator. I am motivated by the mission and vision of Planteneers, which is to offer sustainable, healthy, and tasty alternatives to animal-based products, and to contribute to the global plant-based movement. About myself, I am a flexitarian, since we reduced our animal consumption at home to the lowest and avoided mass factory-farmed animals. This includes all kinds of animals from land and sea :) There are ways to reduce the suffering of animals to an absolute minimum, and I do not agree that humans need animal proteins for a healthy life. My sin comes from the culinary side, as some products have a unique taste and are difficult to replace with an alternative in their aroma and texture. If you have ever prepared a fon or a classic sauce for various dishes, you will realize how difficult it is to replace this deep flavor profile. 🥘 Jason
