My journey began in Chattanooga, TN, where I first discovered my love for retail and the fast-paced, customer-focused environment it offers. Since then, I’ve continued to grow both personally and professionally—moving from Chattanooga to Memphis, and now proudly calling Nashville, TN, home. Throughout my career, I’ve worn many hats and taken on challenges that have sharpened my leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills. From managing high-volume sales floors and leading diverse teams to navigating change and implementing new operational strategies, I bring a solutions-oriented mindset to every opportunity. I’m known for being reliable, consistent, and motivated by a strong work ethic that’s been built over years of real-world experience. One of my greatest strengths is my ability to connect with people—whether that’s coaching and developing team members or ensuring a great customer experience.
