About Jason McCullagh

My previous work with Copeland Ltd (part of the Emerson group), helped develop the skills necessary to drive continuous change and improve operational efficiency making a significant contribution in establishing Copeland as a benchmark in N. Ireland regarding lean manufacturing and operational excellence. Making the transition from a multi-national PLC to a family owned business, Brett Martin Ltd was a challenge I relished. After joining in 2008, I quickly identified key areas for improvement resulting in substantial savings such as reducing overheads and labour costs. In 2015, I joined Hutchinson Engineering as Director of Manufacturing Engineering. Incorporating three companies, the Hutchinson Group comprises of; Hutchinson Engineering Ltd, Hutchinson AeroTech Ltd and H360 Ltd. The overarching company, Hutchinson Engineering is a high quality supplier of laser cutting, folding, fabrication, kitting and design services. Using state of the art 3D design software and the most modern laser technology available, the Hutchinson Group provides the complete metal manufacturing solution. From consultation and design to prototyping and full production, the company utilises the most modern technology and manufacturing processes coupled with a highly trained and motivated team to ensure that each customer receives the highest standards of quality and service at the most competitive cost.
