I have 26 years of experience as a Police Officer. During that time, I initially completed three years in patrol. I transferred to Youth Services and completed two years in that position as a Youth Service Officer at La Joya Middle School and El Diamante High School. I received the award for Police Officer of the Year in 2004. I transferred to the Special Enforcement Unit for two years and I was tasked with gang suppression and fugitive apprehension. I completed an additional year in a county wide gang task force (Multi Agency Gang Network Enforcement Team). I completed two additional years in patrol and then transferred back to Youth Services for two years as the Youth Service Officer at Redwood High School. I transferred to Commercial Policing for four years. I completed two Years on Mooney Blvd and two years on Main Street. I completed four years in patrol. I was assigned as a Youth Service Officer. I completed a year at Green Acres Middle School and Sequoia High School. I was assigned to Redwood High School in June 2019. I Retired from law enforcement in January of 2021 on my 50th birthday! I was a licensed Private Investigator for a year and a half. I was a Police Officer for the Amtrak Police Department. I recently retired as a Police Officer and am currently a Private Investigator. I recently began my teaching career. I am currently a substitute teacher. I am currently enrolled in a Master of Education program, and I will graduate in May of 2025.
