With over 15 years of experience in the hospitality and coworking industries, I'm currently a Senior Manager, Workplace Operations at Aritzia, a leading fashion house in Canada. I oversee the operations, maintenance of multiple offices in the eastern region, ensuring a safe, comfortable, and productive work environment for our employees and customers. I leverage my expertise in hospitality management, social networking, and process improvement to create and implement innovative solutions that enhance the quality, efficiency, and sustainability of our workplace operations. I also collaborate with various internal and external stakeholders, such as vendors, contractors, and landlords, to build and maintain strong relationships and partnerships that support our business goals and values. Previously, I was an Area Director and a Community Manager at WeWork, where I managed the operations, growth, and profitability of several coworking spaces across Canada East, and led a team of community managers and associates. I am passionate about creating and fostering a culture of collaboration, diversity, and excellence in the workplace, and I am always eager to learn new skills and explore new opportunities in this dynamic and evolving field.
