At Global Critical Logistics, I've successfully transitioned our operations to the cloud, enhancing our global IT infrastructure and cybersecurity measures. By managing a $7 million IT budget effectively, I eliminated reliance on external partners and built a strong internal team of 12 professionals. Our achievements include developing a comprehensive help desk support system and standardizing business systems across the organization.
