My career started in the U.S. Air Force, where I learned discipline, grit, and the value of showing up for others. Since then, I’ve spent over 20 years leading teams, supporting customers, and solving real problems—whether in a warehouse, on the sales floor, or behind the scenes helping people through crisis. At Verizon, I’ve grown through the ranks by building trust, delivering results, and developing people into leaders. I don’t lead from a title—I lead from experience, from values, and from knowing what it takes to earn respect. Whether I’m guiding a team through change, coaching someone through a tough moment, or handling a high-stakes issue, I bring calm, clarity, and commitment. I’ve also trained as a certified crisis counselor and invested in continuous learning—from communication and leadership to ethics and public speaking—because I believe growth doesn’t stop just because you have experience.
