About Jason Naidu

I’m a construction and technology professional with over 10 years’ experience as a Quantity Surveyor, now working in SaaS as an Account Executive within the construction software space.During my time as a QS, I specialized in cost planning, measurement, and commercial management, with extensive experience using CostX to prepare detailed cost plans, BOQs, and feasibility estimates across a range of projects. That background gave me a deep understanding of the commercial pressures, risk management, and data challenges construction teams face every day.Today, I work at Buildsoft in a 360 sales role across software and product development. I partner with contractors and commercial teams to help them improve visibility, control costs, and streamline workflows through technology. My background allows me to speak the language of QSs, estimators, and commercial managers — not just sell to them.I’m particularly interested in the intersection of construction, data, and SaaS, and how technology can drive smarter commercial decision-making across the industry.
