Most recently, I built a team and go-to-market strategies that captured 62% of K-12 enrollment in the U.S. and Canada, helping transform a 250-year-old print reference publisher into a digital education leader. It’s been challenging work, filled with many learning opportunities along the way. I have cultivated sales leaders and created a culture that inspires them to meet and exceed financial targets. I have introduced processes and infrastructure that scale sales and marketing efforts, drive innovation, and empower data-driven decision making throughout the organization. I have engineered successful sales and marketing strategies across the SaaS customer life cycle – acquisition, engagement, and retention.
