I’m a retired FBI Supervisory Special Agent, certified crisis negotiator, and expert crisis communications leader who now helps public safety agencies, tech platforms, and organizations bridge the gap between law enforcement, media, and public trust. I’ve led high-stakes communications during some of the nation’s most visible incidents—from the Boston Marathon bombing to mass shootings, child abductions, cyber breaches, and natural disasters.
