About Jason Paddock

Married w/ 3 children. I’ve worn many hats in my life so far. Served my country (USCG). I’ve tried many careers while in high school and after my service time. I’ve learned that I work well with my hands and even better with people. We all have a part to play in this world. I fell into the HVAC world & pushed to learn even more. I’ve always wanted to grow roots and help lift everyone around me. I understand how doing things the way they’ve been done for years, will always be the foundation to which we build upon. But I also believe in trying things new and using tech to make jobs easier. I believe in “fresh eyes, ears, & minds”. You need to think outside of the box in certain situations. You need to be open to constructive criticism no matter your position. But you need to be able to follow leaders. Leaders come in many shapes and forms. Some inspire via words, & others by doing. Nobody wants to fail, but you can learn from those ALL OF THIS SOUNDS GREAT! But we are human. We are not perfect. We all need to learn to LISTEN to others more and not react too soon. I want to continue my education in every form possible. I will never concede. I will ask for help to finish a task instead of allowing a task to fail. I give to those in need of help. Learn to look inside and accept who you are, but know there is always room to do more and be better. BE YOU!
