About Jason Parker

I am an active full time paramedic currently employed full time with a private ambulance service with a total 28 years of full time EMS experience, with over 10 years of that as a paramedic. Throughout my EMS career I have been employed with multiple ambulance services and active with several volunteer agencies/fire departments throughout north Alabama. With my full time employer, I currently work 24 hour shifts on the ambulance and as an FTO (Field Training Officer). I am also an American Heart Association Instructor for Heartsaver, BLS (Basic Life Support), ACLS (Advanced Cardiac Life Support), and PALS (Pediatric Advanced Life Support); along with being a certified Alabama state EVOC (Emergency Vehicle Operations Course) instructor. I have past experience with SCUBA diving and working as an EMD (Emergency Medical Dispatcher). In March of 2021, I opened a small business named Alabama CPR and Safety Services, LLC. My company was created to increase the availability of CPR/Safety training to the public, private, and industrial sector alike; along with providing the sales of life saving equipment and supplies, such as AEDs (Automatic External Defibrillators) and First-Aid equipment/supplies.
