About Jason Patterson

I'm a highly motivated individual that will go out of my normal job requirements to perform superior service or deliver the best product I can. I started my career at Taco Bell while being a junior in High School. I worked and excelled at my job and began learning Shift Manager experience. I achieved the Shift Manager position. I was tasked with opening and closing the store, counting the safe at the beginning and end of shifts, keeping inventory, and ordering and receiving the truck order. I soon found an opportunity to advance in my working career at Nebraska Furniture Mart. I moved to Omaha and began at NFM as an Overnight Machine Operator. I quickly began learning everything about advancing to a lead position. I started as a lead after two years. I ran exception report to ensure all internal customers received all items. I coached my team members on safety and production issues. I soon got promoted to Machine Operations supervisor. I began monitor every day production and running reports hour by hour. I would review any issues with our labor management 'Blue Yonder' with my team and coach them on problem areas.
