As a minister I was regularly engaged in the full scope of pastoral leadership with an emphasis on interpersonal care, goal design, program implementation and organizational administration as well as culture development/change. Leading, supervising, coordinating, and motivating volunteers, staff and participants were skills highly utilized. Public communication about ministries/programs and engagement in public and civic affairs were ongoing duties.I have over 15 years experience working in self-directed and self-supervised settings on concurrent programs, events, projects and deadlines. I have also had manufacturing experience in Packaging and Assembly, Plastic Injection Molding, Quality Control, Safety and Corporate Training. I have managed teams and employees of operations sized from 5 to 500, in both personnel and logistics areas of disaster response, outdoor education and community involvement. I have been regularly engaged in coordinating strategic planning/visioning and implementation. And I am adept at supervising, creating, and implementing programs to meet identified needs within the organization and outside community.Currently I am working to establish organization-wide practices and policies for Safety and Safety Training at Holt Sales (including Ex-Guard, KSW, Modtek and HSI). This project is intended to move the company shops under Holt Sales into an aligned safety program/operational model. In addition to this development of policy and procedure is the creation of the associated trainings and compliance monitoring.
