About Jason Pearson

I have worked for Enterprise Mobility for over 23 years and look forward to having continued success with such a great company. During my time with Enterprise, I have been fortunate to manage multiple Car and Truck locations in the home city market within the Columbus territory including our largest performing location the John Glenn Airport. My responsibilities as a district manager consist of developing, training, coaching and overseeing the day to day operations with an emphasis on customer service, sales, growth and profit. Having the opportunity to manage a Top 40 airport location with 110 + employees has brought on challenges, yet at the same time has been extremely rewarding. This past fiscal year John Glenn ranked 4th out of 160 districts moving up 100 spots from the year prior resulting in John Glenn receiving recognition as one of the top performing locations in the country. This is a testament to the employees engagement, and execution of the operational plans and processes implemented at John Glenn during my tenure. I have recently transitioned back to our home city market where my district has moved up 30 spots on various ranking reports in only three months and is one of the leaders with growth for the Ohio market. I have had the pleasure of witnessing personal and professional growth from many employees I have managed or mentored over the course of my career. I believe great communication, along with consistent coaching and training is why my district has been a company leader with employee promotions. My teams have really excelled in B2B sales, insides sales (leaders in majority of our regional sales categories), effective marketing plans,and implementation of strategic opportunities for growth. Success in overall customer satisfaction in car, airport and truck rental, has led to repeat business and increased fleet growth/opportunities. In my role I oversee the P&L statement, the development and maintenance of our daily operations plan, inventory, loss prevention, fuel expense/collections and multiple reports related to the performance metrics. I provide detailed daily/weekly follow up reports to upper management to describe current opportunities and challenges within our operations. I truly believe communication has been the key ingredient to our success over the years.
