About Jason Pearson

As National General Manager for Renewables, Systems and Technology, Jason has worked as a leader in the Australian construction industry for over 30 years. Throughout his career, and particularly in his previous role of General Manager for NSW & ACT Civil and Rail, Jason has been integral to the delivery of some of NSW’s landmark infrastructure projects leaving positive community legacies for years to come. In his near 20-year tenure at CPB Contractors his “hands on” and relationship-driven approach has seen him lead some of the company’s most dynamic teams to deliver city-shaping projects across all areas of transport, including WestConnex 1B, the Western Sydney International Airport, major road upgrades on the Warringah Freeway, M12, Pacific Highway and the Northern Road, Sydney Ports Intermodal Logistics Centre, Parramatta Light Rail, Regional Rail and the Sydney Metro. Jason brings the highest standard of technical knowledge, multi-disciplined expertise across mining & resources, tunnelling, water, wastewater, roads, rail, building and new energy, with a disciplined and collaborative approach to the renewables sector. Committed to supporting Australia’s transition to clean energy, Jason is leading CPB Contractors’ work in partnering with clients, government, organisations and businesses to address the challenges facing industry, applying the right technologies, people and new age systems to respond to the energy & renewables infrastructure needs.
