About Jason Perkins

I grew up in Arizona. My beautiful wife and I have three children-one girl and two boys! I both appreciate and enjoy the time I spend with my family We love doing anything and everything as long as we're together. Dentistry is my passion! I enjoy all aspects of dentistry, but mostly the change in my patient's oral health and the accomplishment felt from having my patients feel comfortable smiling. Excellence in dentistry begins with a careful co-diagnosis and treatment plan to establish the goals we will achieve together. Communication and long-term relationships are important to me. I encourage my patients to ask questions and discuss treatment options. I help my patients realize that an investment in themselves pays dividends for a lifetime. I attended Mesa Community College and Arizona State University for my undergraduate studies. I then went on to the University of the Pacific Dental School, from which I graduated with honors and received awards for excellence. I am a member of the American Dental Association. I am a caring, skilled professional dedicated to simplifying what is often a very complicated and confusing area of health care. I want all of my patents to be informed and knowledgeable about their dental health care, from treatment plans and services, to insurance coverage and financial assistance.
