About Jason Pfieffer

I’m a second-generation owner focused on aligning revenue, quality and talent to drive disciplined, sustainable growth in U.S. manufacturing.Based in Minnesota, our company was built more than 100 years ago on craftsmanship, reliability and long-term relationships. My responsibility is scaling that foundation into the next century - modernizing how we sell, how we lead and how we develop people.I oversee business development, marketing and human capital strategy across the organization. That includes revenue expansion, brand positioning, leadership development and workforce alignment. In manufacturing, growth only works when how we sell, how we operate and how we develop people are aligned. When those elements move together, momentum follows. We are actively evolving a 100-year manufacturing brand for the next century - strengthening our market presence, modernizing systems and building leadership pipelines designed for long-term competitiveness.Manufacturing is changing. Strong companies adapt with clarity and intention. If you’re an OEM leader seeking a reliable U.S. fabrication partner, or a Health & Safety distributor looking to expand your product portfolio, I welcome the conversation.
