As the president of 3D Response Systems, I am passionate about creating and delivering a patented system that enhances the safety and security of people and facilities in the event of an active shooter situation. With over 28 years of diverse and extensive law enforcement experience, I have the expertise and insight to design and implement a system that aligns with actual police response and training tactics, and that considers the natural human response to moments of crisis. I have been recognized and awarded for my contributions to the field of active shooter response, both as a police lieutenant and as an entrepreneur. I have researched, created, and trained thousands of first responders and employees in active shooter response, and I have worked tirelessly with schools to make lock-down drills more practical and real. I have also received the Friend of Education Award and the Medal of Merit for my dedication and innovation. I hold a bachelor's degree in criminology and sociology and a master's degree in public administration with an emphasis in law enforcement. I am committed to using my skills and knowledge to save lives and protect the innocent.
