About Jason Pollard

Software was historically about improving manual processes, but that paradigm has changed; software is now about enabling new experiences. While this change in our relationship with software has become accepted, organizations large and small are challenged to deliver the software products that help them lead in this new reality. A results oriented leader, I lead change to help capture big opportunities or solve major challenges. Experienced modernizing legacy technology and culture, delivering digital product and driving organizational change. I believe in unleashing the power of people and the value of incremental learning. I understand that process is critical to success in delivery when it's used as needed to enable people to do great work or facilitate change. As a volunteer I am deeply involved in the cycling community as the President of one of Ontario's top cycling clubs and as an organizer of race events in the Waterloo region.
