About Jason Prazeres

I’m an IT Professional with an ambition to learn and grow multiple skill sets. Throughout my career I've l come to realize that you can never stop developing and learning, and before you know it you’ve become a jack of all trades with experience in multiple technical areas. I had the pleasure of starting off my career working onsite in hospitals up in Northern Ontario, and then moving to Ottawa and working as a front-line systems analyst in a call center. Being exposed to different areas in the IT industry allowed me to enhance my skills and gain knowledge of a wide variety of industry standards, which allowed me to work my way up in understanding each organization’s IT processes. I have ventured further into the IT profession and am currently employed as an IT Service Management Consultant. In this role, I assist and advise many companies in growing and improving their processes, as well as working side by side with IT managers to enhance their organizations’ customer experience, as well as their help desk productivity. I specialize in areas dealing with Incident Management, Problem Management and Change Management with an eye towards ITIL processes.
