I have a diverse background in real estate sales, law enforcement, and entrepreneurship, with experience as a real estate agent, broker, office manager, and portfolio manager. In law enforcement, I served Wayne County in the Jails, Family, Probate & Civil Divisions of the 3rd Circuit Court. Additionally, I successfully started and managed a franchise janitorial company, achieving per month in gross revenue within the first year of operation before successfully selling that business. Throughout my career, I have focused on improving my interpersonal, communication, and sales skills, studying materials such as "Fanatical Prospecting,""Spin Selling,""The E-Myth,""The 12 Week Year,""Never Split The Difference," and "Lead The Field." Recently, I completed an intensive online course in technology sales development, further enhancing my skills in prospecting, SPIN selling techniques, cold email outreach, and locating prospects through discovery calls using SPIN and BANT.
