About Jason Raymond

I am a recent UOW graduate with a Bachelor of Nutrition and Dietetics (honours). I am passionate about nutrition and health and believe in developing a balanced, achievable and sustainable nutrition-lifestyle to improve overall well being. I aim to help others achieve confidence and self-efficacy when it comes to their nutrition and health goals by applying individualised, evidence-based practice for positive, long-term outcomes. My experiences throughout the various placements I attended provided an insight into the crucial role the Dietitian can play in various areas such as clinical, food service, sport and community settings. I have been exposed to a variety of clinical and chronic conditions, which allowed me to further build my medical nutrition knowledge and learn how to translate this into practice. I look forward to future opportunities where I can implement these valuable skills and help others achieve their health and nutrition goals, as well as continuing my own professional development.
