About Jason Rigsby

Through my career, I’ve maintained and built lasting relationships and skills in time management, prioritization, and interpersonal communication, among many others. I see customer service as an opportunity to brighten the world, one person at a time. I have worked as a customer service specialist for Colonial Life,an affiliate company of Unum, since February of 2019. I have worked with both the Policy Holder Services as well as the National Phone Service Team, handling both client and agent inquiries. I am also a part of Colonial Life's mentor team. This role allows me to guide and teach new members of Colonial's contact center. I am also an experienced Bartender and Server. I have 20 plus years experience in customer service. I also worked a portion of my career with BCBS of Tennessee providing various levels of customer service for the Federal Employee Program.
