Additionally, I have taken on Pacific Impact, that focuses on helping schools, municipalities and ministries throughout Washington and Oregon to leverage the equipment they already own to cut costs and grow their M&O budgets, with little to no up-front cost to the organizations. The goal is to deliver >$1B back into these community institutions that face challenging budget situations. Pacific Impact leverages deep understanding of individual and team dynamics, along with the strategic use of relationships, technology, and innovation to help organizations achieve their financial and sustainability goals.
