About Jason Roberts

With over 14 years of experience in behavioral health nursing, I am a passionate and dedicated leader who strives to improve the quality and safety of care for patients and staff. I currently serve as the Corporate Project Chief Nursing Officer at Acadia Healthcare, where I oversee the development and implementation of nursing standards, policies, and procedures for the company's behavioral health facilities across the country.As a doctoral student in psychiatric/mental health nursing, I am committed to advancing my knowledge and skills in this field and contributing to the evidence-based practice and innovation in behavioral health care. I have a strong background in nursing management, administration, and education, as well as multiple certifications in life support and health sciences. My goal is to empower and mentor other nurses and health care professionals to deliver compassionate and effective care for people with behavioral health needs.
