I have consistently progressed through a series of roles including Senior Systems Administrator, to Data Center Sites Services Operations Supervisor, and finally to my current, multi-faceted role of ALM Manager/DC Execution Manager/Site Supervisor. Over the course of the last 10 years, I have developed the prowess to perform asset lifecycle management, engage in effective strategic planning, manage service-level agreements, drive contract negotiations, perform budget control, and generate comprehensive reports. In addition, I am adept at server migration, configuration, and installation, as well as site supervision, network infrastructure development, and maintenance coordination. I am a Microsoft Certified Solutions Associate, Microsoft Certified Professional, Certified Data Center Management Professional, and Certified Data Center Energy Professional. Furthermore, I have obtained my Security Plus and ITIL V3 Certifications.
