About Jason Rushmore

With over 12 years of work experience in the nuclear industry, I am a Site Project Lead at Southern Nuclear, where I oversee the planning, execution, and completion of complex and high-priority projects involving electronics, automation, and electrical and instrumentation engineering (EIE). I have a strong background in EIE, having served as an I&C Supervisor and a FIN Maintenance Supervisor at Southern Nuclear and Exelon Nuclear, respectively. In these roles, I managed teams of technicians, engineers, and contractors, ensuring the safety, quality, and efficiency of the maintenance, repair, and installation of EIE systems and equipment. I also have a military education in electronics, which gave me the foundational skills and knowledge to excel in this field. I am passionate about delivering innovative and reliable solutions for the nuclear sector, and I enjoy working with diverse and talented colleagues who share the same vision and values. I am always eager to learn new skills, technologies, and best practices to enhance my performance and contribute to the success of the organization.
