About Jason Ryan Assoc

A highly motivated masters student at the University of Limerick, currently searching for career opportunities upon graduation. Eager to learn and develop within a new role. Proficient in researching and organising. Excellent written and verbal communication skills as demonstrated in previous roles. I am currently studying a MSc. in Human Resource Management at the University of Limerick. The reason I chose to pursue this masters programme was to further my knowledge from what I had learned undergraduate level and to focus in on gaining new skills in a specialised area that I am most hugely interested in. For my masters dissertation, the topic I have chosen to study is how stress and employee wellbeing is managed in multinational companies. Whilst studying for my degree, I work part time in Bawnmore Racing Stables. Though it’s difficult to juggle study and work, I really enjoy working in the horse racing industry as it is something that I am very passionate about since I was a child and I have strong family ties to the sport. In 2019, I graduated from the National University of Ireland, Galway with a Second-Class Honours (2.1) from a Commerce degree in which I majored in HRM and minored in Marketing. Upon graduation I took a role as a Marketing Executive with Horan Automation and Robotics. It was a role I gained so much experience in as I represented the company at trade shows and awards ceremonies across Europe. The fast-paced world of sales in the technology industry allowed me to experience how important marketing is to success of an organisation.
