As Ground Electronics Maintenance Officer, I am responsible for the supervision of military and JN electronics technicians in the maintenance and operation of airfield Navigational and Communications suites, RADARS, 2M mini and micro-miniature repairs across 3 work centers, ensuring Naval Air Facility Atsugi, Japan maintains around the clock mission readiness in the 7th Fleet area of responsibility in support of real world operations. I managed efficient and timely corrective and preventive maintenance schedules by leading the Ships Electronics Readiness Team and ensured maximum watch standing proficiency leading the Combat Systems Training Team. Qualified as Command Duty Officer, Combat Systems Coordinator, Combat Systems Officer of the Watch.
